The details you share help TSPN understand and respond to your enquiry.
What the form saves
After you review and confirm sending, this website saves your name, email address, project brief, chosen enquiry topic and any organisation, stage or timing details you provide. It also saves a reference, submission time and the displayed base rate for a selected service.
How those details are used
The enquiry inbox is restricted to authorised TSPN administrators. TSPN uses your details to review your request, respond and manage any resulting conversation. Sending an enquiry does not book a service, confirm a fee or subscribe you to marketing.
Your browser draft
“Save draft here” stores a separate copy in this browser. It is optional, is not sent to the inbox and may be visible to others who use the same browser. “Delete saved draft” removes that local copy.
Form protection
A short-lived cookie keeps the form session secure. A protected identifier helps limit repeat submissions; the enquiry database does not store your raw connection address. No payment details or attachments are requested in this form. Please leave out passwords, identity documents and sensitive personal records.

You can ask about your enquiry or request correction or removal of its details by emailing silentpnetwork@gmail.com. Include your reference if you have one.
If you use “Prepare an email instead”, your email application handles sending and delivery. Review the draft before sending it.
